COUTURE piece was final hat in New York City parade in 2006.  Pintucked ivory silk with double silk flower, hand cut green feathers and green silk velvet leaves.  Veiling is now on the inside of the hat with button detail.  Hat is display soiled but still okay to wear.  Originally $1400.00   REDUCED to sell at $250.00 plus freight
