OUR VISION for the coming year
- To CREATE positive life enhancing employment opportunities for marginalized members of the conventional trading system and to trade in the marketplace in an ethical manner whilst creating funds that assist us to do this. This underpins everything else we do.
- To CONTINUE to BUILD systems that will support our aims, to meet regularly and build a capable team of individuals, both director & volunteers to assist us in our endeavour.
- To MAINTAIN our resolve whilst continuing to meet the requirements of a charitable body's responsibility to report its transactions and be transparent
- To FOCUS on Phase One of our plan. That being to create long term employment opportunities for Tibetan Refugee's in India whilst setting up an E Commerce website for the textile products that we produce.
- To SEND out information parcels to selected philanthropists, social entrepeneurs and interested parties world wide to gather support for our cause. And in the long term to raise our budget for the first two years of operations.
- To ATTRACT INDIVIDUALS into our group that will assist Miranda in the many skill sets and tasks involved in setting up our workshops in India
- To ATTRACT individuals into our group that will assist us to set up the flagship stores of our trading arm whilst sharing our ideals.
- To BUILD a website presence for the Project. To do this firstly by building pages on the website mirandagreenmillinery.com.au. At a later date, when the finances allow, we will transfer information to a dedicated Project site at which time the Miranda Green Millinery site will cease to exist.
- To BEGIN to bulld a library that reflects our cause and which allows us to educate ourselves and others on global issues that affect our world & Lionheart's charter of commitment.
